A Legacy of Refractory Innovation
We have grown from a local fireclay brick manufacturer into a high-capacity exporter of advanced monolithic and custom pre-cast solutions.
Bharat Minerals Industries
Established our first firm, Bharat Minerals Industries, with a pulverizer machine for local clay grinding, initially producing approximately 200 MT per month.
Expansion into Crushing
Established a dedicated crushing unit for processing raw materials used in refractory applications.
Capacity Expansion
Added crushing, grinding and ball mill equipment, increasing our raw material processing capacity to approximately 2,000 MT per month.
Alfa Refractories Established
Established Alfa Refractories for manufacturing finished refractory products, with an initial production capacity of approximately 500 MT per month.
Meena Refractories Pvt. Ltd.
Established Meena Refractories Pvt. Ltd. for bulk supply and processing of refractory raw materials. Over the years, the company expanded its capabilities to a production capacity of approximately 12,000 MT per month, supported by a fully automatic crushing and grinding unit.
Major Manufacturing Expansion
Added two Chinese automatic electric presses, expanded the covered manufacturing area to approximately 100,000 sq. ft., and installed an additional tunnel kiln upto 1450 C. Production capacity increased to approximately 1,500 MT per month. We also started manufacturing monolithic refractories.
Apex Sintered Pvt. Ltd.
Established Apex Sintered Pvt. Ltd. with three bauxite rotary kilns, providing a calcination capacity of approximately 4,500 MT per month. We also expanded our raw material sourcing network by importing Guyanese bauxite from South America and secured our first Bauxite LLC distributorship for raw bauxite.
Automation & PCPF Division
Added another Chinese automatic press machine and established a dedicated PCPF Division, further strengthening our manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio.
Locoss Global Trading Pvt. Ltd.
Established Locoss Global Trading Pvt. Ltd. as a trading company specializing in the import and supply of high-grade refractory raw materials from various countries, including zircon, zirconia, AZS and other high-grade recycled refractory materials.
Infrastructure Expansion
Expanded the land and infrastructure at Alfa Refractories. Today, our total manufacturing facility covers approximately 7 Acres (28,328 Sq. Mtr.), providing significant scope for future expansion.
Nexus Sintered Pvt. Ltd.
Planning to establish Nexus Sintered Pvt. Ltd. for manufacturing Brown Fused/Tabular Alumina products, further expanding our capabilities in high-performance refractory raw materials and strengthening our integrated supply chain.
